Customer Service

  1. Techstar Computers is dedicated to your satisfaction. We welcome your communication at any time and look forward to being of service.
  2. Our policy is same day personal response to emails and questions, Monday – Friday. On weekends and public holidays they are answered as soon as possible.


  1. Deliveries will be dispatched by courier either the same day or the next working day.
  2. We also have our own delivery van for deliveries around the Greater Auckland area and even across the whole country depending on the items purchased.


You are most welcome to come to our warehouse to pick up purchases.

Payment Methods

We aim to be as accommodating as possible to our customers and accept various payment methods:

  • Pay by Cash / Check
  • Pay by EFTPOS
  • Pay by Bank Transfer


We are a GST registered company and tax invoices are provided.


  1. In the very unlikely event of damaged or faulty goods returns must be made within 7 days.
  2. In simple terms our policy is if you are not happy with any purchase or product, return it in the condition it was purchased and we will fully refund or replace your item.
  3. We always strive for 100% customer satisfaction and do our best to resolve problems as quickly as possible.


  1. Your details will never be passed on to third parties under any circumstances. You can buy with confidence from us.
  2. We may retain your email to follow up on your customer satisfaction or let you know of any special promotions. Purchasing an item from us is deemed acceptance of this. If however, you do not wish us to keep your details or make any further contact we will of course respect this and remove your details from our system. We don’t like spam any more than you do.
